He’s a career nine-year minor leaguer who has appeared in 163 games and had one save, picked up in 2021 in Triple-A Sacramento.

After taking the ball in the bottom of the tenth, with his team leading 4-3, with the Rangers desperately needing to win just to keep the false hope alive, Gerson Garabito still has only one save.

Now, he has one major league loss.
