The Texas Rangers don’t have a legitimate starting rotation yet to run out there night after night this summer.
But they do have a golf course.
As T. R. Sullivan reports on mlb.com, the Rangers are allowing the city of Arlington to use their name in the city’s new golf course. And he make note that the Rangers aren’t even going to charge the city to use the name.
How philanthropic.
I guess if you give someone a billion dollars to build them a second stadium, you should at least expect to be allowed to drop their name every once in a while.
The new Texas Rangers golf course. Coming soon.
Now the Rangers have four holes in their rotation and eighteen on their golf course.
