The Rangers were starting to make their never ever quit mantra actually mean something, with another late-inning, come-from-behind victory, the second in a row over the White Sox.

ANOTHER COME-FROM-BEHIND WIN.

Yesterday the Rangers lost a lead, then got it back, lost a lead, then got it back, lost a lead, then got it back.

And Prince Fielder seems to have gotten back his stroke as well. If that happens, this offense will be dangerous. As it is now, the offense is just very productive up and down the line, getting multi-hit games from four players: Desmond, Mazara, Fielder and Rua.

While in Tuesday’s game the Rangers came storming back on the back of some long balls, yesterday they paper-cut the White Sox to death. One double and nine singles.

The tweaks Jeff Banister made to the lineup seem to be working. And putting a twenty-one-year-old kid in the three hole didn’t seem to phase him.

After getting a lot of offense two days in a row the worst thing the Rangers need now is an off day.

Actually, it’s the worst thing the fans need. These games lately have been fun. Four come from behind victories in the last five games.

The Rangers aren’t going home early any more.
