Dillon Gee is coming off his second major shoulder surgery. The first in 2012 while a Met to repair a damaged artery, the second, thoracic outlet syndrome, in 2016, while with the Royals.
The Rangers signed Dillon Gee to a one-year minor league contract worth up to two million dollars in salary and incentives.
