Yesterday the Rangers officially announced that Shin-Soo Choo will be their right fielder in 2015.

This is one of the most amazing relevations ever. Not one spring training game has been played, yet Shin-Soo has already secured not only a spot on the 25-man roster, but it seems a starting spot in right field.

This is why spring training is so important. It allows players to win positions. Choo won right field.
